happy halloween

Okay, so Halloween is almost over! But.. I just wanted to make a quick post with my three most recent Halloween themed videos, if you're not already subscribed to me on YouTube, you can do so by clicking here! I had planned on doing a Witch Tutorial, but whilst filming I had one of those 'omg I am so **** at makeup, I don't even want to finish this' moments... and so decided to change to something I would have more fun doing, and didn't totally require any real talent.. face paint!! You know of my love for Sugar Skulls, so I tied all three off my videos together with that theme.

I had so much fun making and decorating this cake! I'm so happy that the cake tin worked as well as it did because I thought it might come out lacking in detail, the trick is definitely to hit the bottom to make sure the cake batter is into all the edges of the tin. I also don't like using piping bags, so used some baking paper folded and it worked a treat. Tin from Aldi - £1.99

This tag wasn't planned at all, but after I had filmed the sugar skull transformation video, I was sat there and thought, I should film something else while I have this on, so thus became the Halloween Tag. There's only 11 questions, so maybe it's something you could post about.

I'm not a makeup expert, by any means, but I had loads of fun doing this face paint and kept it on all night! I really love Sugar Skulls and the patterns you can create, there's no right or wrong way to do it, you can make any patterns you like :)

I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween this year!

  1. I can't believe you never went trick or treating! But I know everyone has their own traditions and The Witches was a pretty great movie (and book)!
