christmas gifts.. in october

Last year I was a little rushed doing my Christmas gift guide series, and so this year, I'm starting early. Mega early. Welcome to post one of my gift guide. This first post isn't going to be too specific but a selection of gifts from the beauty category on boots.com that caught my eye this year. Through out the week I'll be talking about the other categories, then throughout October, November and December doing more specific gifts and ideas!
ONE
This year boots are doing their very own beauty advent calendar (which excites me greatly) you may remember last year the arrival of the beauty advent calender, 24 days of mini samples! In the boots calender you will find samples from Soap & Glory, Nails Inc, Paco Rabanne, Juicy Couture, Rimmel, Mavala, Umberto Giannini and Many More.... At £30, it's not going to be the cheapest advent calender out there, but longer lasting then chocolate, and better for your waist line, at least that's my excuse!
I don't think I own anything from Smashbox, but this giftset really intrueged me, having green eyes I try to use colours that compliment and purple is one of those colours, they also do this kit in other shades! In the kit you will get: Eye shadow palette with 6 shades, Limitless Waterproof Eye Liner in Onyx, Full Exposure Mascara and a  Zippered makeup bag.
Really no surprise that I've featured some of the Fearne Cotton products, every year I go mad and try to buy everything, I think it's a mixture of my love for the packaging, and the products being genuinly awesome! I cannot wait for the after Christmas sales! Anyway, this set contains four metallic eye crayons in mauve, olive, bronze and dusky pink, plus a felt eyeliner. Which you can use as a chunky liner or all over the eye. They look really lovely and are only £12 (£6 in the sale)
To be truthful, I've never heard of Jenny Packham.. don't shoot. But these lipsticks look so lovely and the set only costs £14, (that's £3.50 per liptick!) Looking at the image it looks like an orange/red, pink, dark pink and a purple shade but will be good to see in person.
Yet again, another Fearne Cotton set, this time nail varnish! Six shades: Clover, Night Owl, Heart Ache, Cherry on Top, Devilish Diamonds.. and one not named!
I'm not very sold on 'high end' cosmetics but when I saw this Elizabeth Arden bag with the four lipsticks, I was drawn to the silver. Yep, i'm a magpie! £35 isn't cheap but just look at the glimmer on that bag, and the lipstick shades are really lovely too, Melon, Cinnamon, Rose Aurora & Cassis.
Benefit always do such lovely gift sets at Christmas, and I was drawn to this one as I love the contents! The POREfessional mini, they're real! mini, benetint medium, dandelion and bella bamba cheek powder duo with brush and a 4 shade eyeshadow palette. Lovely!
And to finish off, yep, another Fearne Cotton product, this time lips! Everything from the name to the shades sold me on this, "These Fearne Kiss and Tell Lip Crayons from Fearne Cotton come with everything you need for beautifully kissable lips. The set contains four chunky lip crayons in red and pink shades and even comes with a specially-designed sharpener to keep them in shape. Use the lip crayons to create a fabulous matte finish, or add a touch of lip gloss for a sexy, shiny finish. Perfect for quick and versatile glamour."
