Perfume is one of those things that I forget about quite often, and unless I'm going out somewhere special I usually walk right past my perfume shelf. I've been trying to get into the rhythm of using it every day so that my favourite fragrances aren't sat on my shelf for years unused. Knowing which perfumes I like, and which are worth the hefty price tag most come with is often hard as I find the perfume areas of stores are often crowded, and the scents mould together giving me a headache and I cant differentiate between the perfumes. The Fragrance Shop has a good answer to that dilemma, the discovery club.
The discovery club is the perfume equivalent of a beauty box. You pay £5 per quarter (four boxes a year, for each season) and get 5 high end perfume samples with a £5 off each full size perfume voucher for the perfume shop. You can also see beforehand what is in the box, so you can decide whether or not you want to purchase the box.
The box I have to show you today is the 3rd edition (Autumn) and I am really happy with the scents in this box.
Elvis Jesus for her / Eau De Lacoste Noir for him / Gentlemen Only - Givenchy for him / Alien Aqua Chic - Thierry Mugler for her / Legend - Mont Blanc for her.
This box is different in that it also has two male perfume samples, great for those of you with boyfriends, or male friends who get jealous of all the mail you get! The samples are pretty good sized and I'm happy that most of them are sprays because the ones with the sticks in I am genuinely scared I will spill everywhere when I open them.

Mont Blanc - Legend "warm and sweet with key notes of pear, orange blossom and musk powder." This is my favourite of the five samples and the one I would probably buy the full size of. It just cheers you up when you wear it, and it's not too heavy so you don't get that after spritz headache like with some scents, but it lasts really well on skin and clothing.
